STAR HOTEL TAKSIM ACCOMMODATION AGREEMENT

Real and / or legal person to be referred to as Customer in the following articles on one side and (Star Hotel Taksim) Gümüşsuyu Mah. World health sk.no.11 Taksim-Beyoğlu / Istanbul / TURKEY Located at the Star Hotel; It will be referred to as Parties in the following articles.

These parties; Considering that this contract is an official offer, it includes all conditions for the provision of paid accommodation service, that all the following conditions are binding for the parties, that it is included in the www.starhoteltaksim.com website and that it cannot be changed by the customer, they have concluded this contract within the following articles.

 

  1. CONTRACT SUBJECT

1.1. In accordance with this contract, the Hotel is obliged to provide the accommodation service at the Hotel upon the request of the Customer (hereinafter referred to as "Service").

1.2. With the signing of this contract (the Customer agrees that he / she has signed this contract by making reservations for accommodation and / or the services offered by the hotel), the Customer confirms that he / she is informed about the hotel accommodation rules, reservation rules and tariffs.

1.3. When the hotel confirms the customer's request, the parties will have concluded this contract.

  1. TYPE OF ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION

 

2.1. Service reservation can be made by the Customer calling 0 (212) 244 79 79 to notify the reservation, filling and sending the reservation form on the www.starhoteltaksim.com website or contacting the customer representatives through the online hawk to system.

2.2. In case the customer wishes to terminate the request or make any changes, you can apply to the Hotel at 0 (212) 2447979, send an e-mail to [email protected], or tawk to the Hotel website, provided that the provisions set forth in this contract are complied with and the conditions are met Can apply personally to online customer representatives.

2.3. 2.2. It must be sent to the hotel by one of the methods specified in the article.

2.4. The customer can request a change and termination at most once for the reservation without paying any fee. If the customer requests more changes, they will be liable to pay a fee according to the change, reservation and cancellation tariff applied by the hotel.

2.5. With this contract, the Customer agrees, declares and undertakes that if the customer makes / wants to make changes to the reservation for any reason during the special discount period (early reservation period, etc.) during registration, it will be made according to the price lists applied at the time of the new reservation. The Customer agrees that special discounts will not be valid for reservation changes made outside of the special discount periods during registration.

2.6. The hotel will respond to the customer's request for change in due time, according to the hotel's availability.

 

2.7. The age discount will be applied for children if they stay in the same room with their parents (two adults). According to this agreement, the age of the child / children who will be staying at the hotel during the reservation registration will be taken into consideration during the registration process at the hotel. In order to determine the age of the child, the hotel attendant may request the identity of the child / s to be presented at the entrance to the hotel. In this case, the Customer will be presented the identity of the child. declared and committed.

 

2.8. There will be at least one customer over the age of 18 in the hotel room. Those under the age of 18 can stay with at least one adult.

 

 

  1. PAYMENT METHOD

 

3.1. The customer who will stay in the hotel will enter his / her credit card information into the system during the payments made by credit card through the online reservation system or the payments to be made with the help of tawk to online customer representatives are sent to the customer representatives and they are sent to the customer on behalf of the requested date, room etc. performs the purchase with the information.

3.2. The hotel accepts that the credit card information and the system where the information is presented is under the protection of a special security system that prevents the information from being viewed or copied in any way and in any way. At the same time, the hotel will not compensate and will not be held liable in any way for damages caused by third parties learning of information and documents and secrets due to damaging programs and similar program systems from the Customer's computer and the customer's carelessness.

3.3. During check-in to the hotel, the customer gives the hotel staff; will present the credit card used for payment when registering online, or a photocopy of the front of this credit card. The responsibility for the damages / damages that will occur if the customer does not fulfill these responsibilities will belong to the customer.

3.4. E-Invoice will be given to the customer at the time of leaving the hotel after receiving the service. If the customer does not receive the invoice during checkout, it will be sent to the e-mail address specified by the customer. If the customer has not specified the address to send the invoice, the invoice will be sent to the contact address. The Hotel will not be held responsible for not receiving the invoice due to the customer's incorrect address, not specifying the recipient or the recipient not being at the specified address.

 

3.5. Payments to be made on our site will be in Turkish Lira or Euro. Euro, Dollar can be used in other payment methods (bank transfers, etc.). Information on exchange rates is provided by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey.

 

  1. METHOD OF REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS

 

4.1. The payment made in the event that the customer submits the cancellation request 3 (three) days before the date of arrival to the Hotel by one of the methods in Article 2.2, the payment made by the Hotel within 15 (fifteen) working days following this request, commission, tax, etc will be returned to him after deducting the costs.

4.2. In the event that the cancellation request is made earlier than 3 days from the date of the Customer's check-in to the Hotel, the entire accommodation fee received from the Customer will not be refunded and the customer has accepted and declared as irreversible that he has paid this amount to the hotel as a penalty. In accordance with this contract, if value added tax is required to be paid for penal terms and other compensation to be paid by the customer, the customer is obliged to pay the current value added tax.

 

4.3. During the reservation registration, refunds or refunds from credit card payments will be refunded by the hotel to the bank account of the Customer's credit card and / or the bank account to which the payment was sent.

 

4.4.In all refund transactions, commission, tax, etc. will be returned to the Customer after deducting the costs.

  1. ACCOMMODATION

 

5.1. Age and identity of the customer and accompanying persons will be checked during check-in. The customer accepts, declares and undertakes the legal liabilities that may arise due to the wrong information provided by the customer in advance. The expenses that may arise due to this situation will be covered by the Customer.

5.2 The customer will pay the extra expenses incurred during the stay at check-out.

5.3. Regardless of the time of arrival at the hotel, the customer will settle in the room after 14:00 at the earliest on the day of check-in and leave the room at 12:00 at the latest, regardless of the time of leaving the hotel, and pay for the additional service to be given to him after leaving the room. He accepted that he would pay.

5.4. During online booking, the entire reservation fee will be charged.

5.5. Pets will not be accepted by the hotel.

5.6. The payment will not be refunded if the customer discontinues the service due to a reason other than the hotel's failure to fulfill its responsibilities after settling in the hotel.

 

  1. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

 

6.1. After the customer has settled in the room he has reserved, the hotel will compensate the damages by providing additional services and / or alternative services to the Customer in all cases arising from reasons other than force majeure. The acceptance of the additional service or accommodation service by the Customer will mean that the Customer waives the right to request a refund of the reservation fee, which may be requested as compensation, and any other right to claim compensation and litigation.

6.2. In the event that the hotel does not fulfill its service obligations partially or fully, the rules in the relevant laws and regulations will be applied during the payment of the compensation.

6.3. In the event that poor quality service is provided to the customer, the Customer will notify the Hotel representative in writing, otherwise the service provided by the Hotel will be deemed to have been provided in a perfect and timely manner.

6.4.The Customer agrees and undertakes to compensate for any damages incurred by the hotel as a result of the breach in case the customer violates any article of the contract.

 

6.5 The hotel may change the terms and conditions of the accommodation service according to the seasonal conditions and the tourism season.

 

  1. OTHER PROVISIONS

7.1. Unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, strike-lockout, terrorism, military action, flood, fire, etc. will be accepted as force majeure. In case of such situations, the hotel may not continue to serve.

7.2. Hotel, holiday or new year etc. reserves the right to change the schedule of other special days for reasons not connected to the hotel.

7.3. The Customer acknowledges, declares and undertakes that the Regional Courts are authorized in the resolution of disputes that may arise under this contract.

7.4. The hotel reserves the right to compensate the material and moral amounts caused by the damages, destructions and / or lost parts caused by the customer in his room and public areas.

7.5. The customer should not send any goods, goods or promotional materials subject to customs duty on behalf of the employees of the Hotel. The hotel is in no way responsible for customs clearance.

7.6. According to the law, smoking is prohibited in the indoor areas of the hotel. These prohibitions will be determined within the framework of the law. Therefore, the use of any kind of cigarette or tobacco products in the Hotel is not allowed except in the specified guest rooms. 

7.7. This contract will be activated with the Reservation number given by the Hotel after the customer has made the reservation and paid, and will end with the customer leaving the Hotel.
